What are the flowers made of?
Faux or Artificial Flower making is now a highly specialised industry, we only hand pick flowers that are of the highest quality that are very realistic in form and colour. Most Faux Flowers today are made of Polyester and Rayon to very high standards which are achieved by many details and finishes of the flowers still being done by hand, which gives each flower it's unique appearance. Silk flowers are now a rarity as these new modern fibres can produce some of the most beautiful flowers at a fraction of the cost.
How will my bouquet be packaged?
Each bouquet will be packaged in one of our quality Albertine boxes, these vary depending on the size of the flowers, our box styles may also change without prior notice depending on availability. The flowers will be placed in the box with quality tissue paper in the best way to protect them during transport and then can be arranged in a vase once you unpack them.
Where do you deliver?
Sydney Metro only for Faux Water Creations and Bouquet in a box. Please contact us for all other Floral Bouquets.
When will I receive my order?
UPDATE ON COVID-19: We are temporarily closed, so will not be making any new orders and deliveries.
All our Floral Bouquets and Faux Water Floral Creations are arranged and packed in our Sydney work space as each individual order is received.
As soon as orders are ready they will be dispatched but please allow up to 10 days for delivery depending on how many orders we have at the time and the distance your parcel has to travel.
(Faux Water Floral Creations and Bouquet in a box are Sydney Metro delivery only)
Can I return my order?
Floral Bouquets purchased from our online store may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order but they must be returned in original and saleable condition in their original packaging. The return freight will be at the customers expense.
Any Floral Bouquet styles or Faux Water Floral Creations made especially for you outside of our usual online store range cannot be returned as the flowers have usually been altered to suite the particular arrangement. If there is a fault please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace the item.
